Confirmed Service Customer

This service was due to the technician failure to identify and replace a broken spark plug from my recent and previous service. This cost me an additional 10 days without my vehicle and several hundred dollars in labor that could have been avoided. Management did compensate a little bit and that I appreciate. My vehicle is running great now...
