11/01/2024 I arrived at my appointed time before the opening, 0700 am. Russell is my service provider, who scheduled the technician a day before my arrival. The technician would change three belts, change wiper blades, service the throttle body, and perform additional all-point service. The technician did not show up for work. I want it to be known by the person or persons who read this statement that adjustments were taken to ensure that the service area was not put in a bad stance because all technicians had responsibilities. Russell took an unfavorable attitude to resolve this issue with constant attention. I was astonished due to his MGR , who was involved. The task at hand is a profound identity of a former US military attitude that this job was fulfilled, even though I did depart with a smile.
