First when I called to put my Truck for service Samantha the rep mistakenly entered my husband's truck instead of mine.. When I got to dealership for my appointment I had to explain mistake, my Advisor Spencer passed me over to Taylor due to the fact that he was swamped with customers and he couldn't handle my appointment.. Taylor took care of me and my truck.. Thank you for being so courteous and friendly, because I didn't get that from Spencer...
