The issue is that I schedule an appointment. My car did not get looked at till later on that day last minute because I called and complained. I was then charged a fee to do a transmission flush. They said the maintenance was at 50,000 but I only have 45,000 miles on my vehicle and that would solve the problem at this point. I still hear the rattle the issue hasn't been solved and my whole thing is I don't have another vehicle to leave mine and miss work for five days before even gets looked at, I was asked to borrow a loaner. I was declined when I've gone previously before and they've given me a car to use. I paid almost $500 and I'm still having the same problem persist.
