Anna Rodriguez did a great job in keeping me informed of the activities related to our warranty issue. While I was completely disappointed that a 1 year old car with 15K miles broke down in the middle of a very busy highway with my wife and daughter, Anna helped me get over this frustration with the GM product that I purchased.
