I had a collection of minor issues that worried me about my nearly-new Traverse. And I needed an oil change. It turned out that all my issues were 'operator error.' My service advisor, Jason, took all my complaints down when I arrived. He was very patient to explain and illustrate each issue when I arrived a few hours later to pick up my vehicle. Kudos to Jason, he didn't even laugh at my silly misunderstandings. And he finished the oil change in record time too!
