Confirmed Service Customer
Service was performed and a recall of the software update completed. The only issue was that when I made the appointment I verified with the individual I was making the appointment with verified that the service was free of charge as I was quoted when I purchased the vehicle. She in fact verified that. My service advisor told me that was incorrect and he stated that she didn't know what she was talking about. He refused to assist me any further. The issue was corrected thanks to the finance manager and the service manager. It is responsible people like this that I want to continue doing Business with who listen to you and act on the issue. The service advisor was no help at all. Then in turn my wife traded her vehicle in and purchased a new Equinox 2025.
