My experience was good, except I was very specific about double checking my back wiper blade that was installed upside down when I purchased my new vehicle. When my maintenance was finished, I asked about it and it wasn't looked at. I checked the documents and the notes were clearly stated on page 2 - of which Richard said he doesn't usually look there. I was also specific about checking my breaks because although they checked out to be fine during inspection, they are VERY squeaky and still are. I believe that too was missed but I had to be at another appointment soon after that, so I left. Please make sure the technicians are more thorough with the notes. I called twice and made sure those notes were listed, so if they don't check, there isn't any more due diligence I could have done other than ask at the end of my service.
